RETURN and REFUND POLICY

Returns

1. Eligibility for Return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Those consumables (shampoos, treats, liquids, foods and the likes)

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

2. Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
