Returns
1. Eligibility for Return:
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Those consumables (shampoos, treats, liquids, foods and the likes)
• Promotion items
3. Return Process:

• Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
1. Refund Approval:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Refund Process:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Partial Refunds:
• A partial refund may apply for items not in their original condition or those returned beyond the eligible timeframe.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us for a replacement at no additional cost.
